城管的身份认同威胁及其身份协商策略

【摘要】:城管的污名化导致了城管群体处于一种职业身份认同受到威胁的状态。城管所采取应对认同威胁的策略受到个体对其职业群体认同程度的影响。对城管认同程度低的城管成员,会采取去类别化的方式与本群体疏离,认同其他的群体类别。而对城管群体认同程度高的城管成员,则采取改变与群体类别相关的意义与价值维度,捍卫其职业的正当性。由此可见社会身份认同的协商性与协商过程的丰富性。个体通过身份协商,在业已断裂的心理需求与社会定义之间,搭建起了一道互动的桥梁。
[Abstract]:The stigmatization of chengguan leads to a situation in which the professional identity of chengguan group is threatened. The strategy adopted by chengguan to deal with the threat of identity is influenced by the degree of identity of the individual to its professional group. Will take the de-categorization way to alienate the group and identify with the other group categories. But for the chengguan members with a high degree of identity, they will take changes in the meaning and value dimension related to the group category. It can be seen that the negotiation of social identity and the richness of negotiation process. Through identity negotiation, individuals build an interactive bridge between the broken psychological needs and the social definition.
