【摘要】：考试作弊罪的制定是在"全面推进依法治国"大背景下完成的,防止考试作弊的重任也只有在全面落实法治发展工作的大背景下才能完成。考试作弊罪的制定,不仅对改革与完善教育法将起到鼓舞与促进作用,而且这条法律自身的价值,也只有在更完善、更健康的教育制度中才能得到最好的体现。
[Abstract]:The formulation of the crime of cheating in examinations is completed under the background of "comprehensively promoting the rule of law", and the heavy task of preventing cheating in examinations can only be completed under the background of the overall implementation of the development of the rule of law. Not only will it inspire and promote the reform and improvement of the education law, but also the value of the law itself can be best reflected in a more perfect and healthy education system.
