网络募捐法律的缺位及完善

【摘要】：随着网络技术的发展,网络募捐行为日益普遍。网络募捐是我国公益慈善事业不可或缺的构成部分,网络募捐迎来良好的发展机遇,同时面临巨大的风险。网络的隐蔽性与虚拟性,网络募捐法律的缺位,导致了网络诈捐骗捐行为的滋生。规范网络募捐行为,应健全网络募捐法律法规,严格网络募捐执法力度,加强网络募捐行为以及募捐款项去向的监管。
[Abstract]:With the development of network technology, online fund-raising is becoming more and more common. Internet fundraising is an indispensable part of public welfare and charity in China, and network fund-raising ushered in a good opportunity for development. At the same time, it faces enormous risks. The concealment and fictitious nature of the network and the absence of the law on network collection of donations have led to the breeding of online fraud and donation behavior. In order to standardize the online collection of donations, we should perfect the laws and regulations of the network collection of donations. Strictly enforce the law of internet collection, and strengthen the supervision of the behavior of internet collection and the direction of collecting funds.
