我国绿色贸易壁垒法律制度构建策略探究

【摘要】：21世纪,随着各国纷纷加入世贸组织,开始逐渐消弱了关税壁垒。而作为世界外贸大国之一的中国,也减弱了出口力,这样为中国带来了非常惨重的损失。尽管我国目前已经构建了外贸立法制度,但对外贸行为却很少涉及,对对外贸易的可持续发展也形成了一定的制约。基于此,亟待从立法视角,规制绿色贸易壁垒,并对绿色贸易壁垒制度进行构建和完善。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, with the accession of all countries to WTO, tariff barriers have gradually been weakened.As one of the largest foreign trade countries in the world, China has also weakened its export power, which has brought a very heavy loss to China.Although our country has already established the foreign trade legislation system, but the foreign trade behavior is seldom involved, has also formed the certain restriction to the foreign trade sustainable development.Based on this, it is urgent to regulate green trade barriers from the perspective of legislation, and to construct and perfect the green trade barriers system.
