基于农民工视角探析劳动权保障制度的确立

【摘要】：劳动权归于中国的宪法所属,它是对劳动者进行维护的一种最为基础性的权利。在现阶段时代的发展推动下,以农民工视角为主要考虑对象,对劳动权保障制度进行进一步的确立,不仅可以提高劳动者自身权利的地位,还有助于农民工平等身份的确立。因此,本文就从农民工的角度出发,对劳动权保障制度进行了深入的分析和研究,并对其进行进一步的确立,从而在根本上使农民工的合法权利得到保障。
[Abstract]:Under the development of the present stage , the labor rights guarantee system is further established , which not only can improve the status of workers ' rights , but also help the establishment of the equal status of migrant workers . Therefore , this paper makes an in - depth analysis and research on the system of the protection of labor rights from the perspective of migrant workers , and further establishes them , so as to guarantee the legitimate rights of migrant workers at all .
