贴心“窗口”的贴心服务——松原市劳动人事争议仲裁工作纪实

【摘要】:正劳动人事争议调解仲裁关系着民生、关系着稳定、关系着百姓的切身利益。几年来,松原市劳动人事争议仲裁科(仲裁院)在劳动争议案件处理中,加强推行"快立、快调、快审、快结"的贴心服务,案件处理周期明显缩短,调解结案率明显提高,以优质、高效、贴心而著称,受到了全市人民的好评。
[Abstract]:Mediation and arbitration of labor and personnel disputes are related to people's livelihood, stability and people's vital interests.In the past few years, in the handling of labor dispute cases, the Songyuan Municipal Labor personnel dispute Arbitration Section (Arbitration Institute) has strengthened the attentive service of "quick establishment, quick dispatch, quick trial, and quick completion", and the period of handling cases has been significantly shortened, and the rate of mediation and settlement has increased significantly.With high-quality, high-efficiency, intimate and well-known, by the city's people's praise.
