【摘要】：正党的十八届四中全会提出,依法治国是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的本质要求和重要保障,是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求,事关我们党执政兴国,事关人民幸福安康,事关党和国家长治久安。习近平总书记强调,凡属重大改革都要于法有据,在整个改革过程中,都要高度重视运用法治思维和法治方式,发挥法治的引领和推动作用,加强对相关立法工作的协调,确保在法治轨道上推进改革。贯彻落实党的十八届四中全会精神和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,加强卫生计生领域法治建设,是建设法治中国宏伟目标的重要
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that ruling the country according to law is an essential requirement and an important guarantee for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, is an inevitable requirement for realizing the modernization of the national governance system and governing ability, and has a bearing on our party's governing and rejuvenating the country.It has a bearing on the well-being of the people and on the lasting stability of the Party and the state.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that all major reforms should be based on the law and that in the whole process of reform, great importance should be attached to the use of the rule of law thinking and methods, to give play to the leading and promoting role of the rule of law, and to strengthen the coordination of relevant legislative work.Ensure that reform is advanced on the track of the rule of law.To carry out the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches, and to strengthen the construction of the rule of law in the field of health and family planning, is an important goal of building a country governed by law.
