国家监察体制改革与宪法再造

【摘要】：监察是我国宪法规定的一项重要监督制度。实施国家监察体制改革,整合重组监察职能,必然对宪法确立的人民代表大会制度、监督体系、公民权利和国家机构等产生影响。为适应国家监察体制改革,建议适时修改宪法,确认监察委员会的宪法地位,并对相关制度机制作出调整。
[Abstract]:Supervision is an important supervision system stipulated in our constitution. The implementation of the reform of the state supervisory system and the integration and reorganization of the supervisory functions will inevitably have an impact on the constitutional system of the people's Congress, the supervisory system, the civil rights and the state institutions. In order to adapt to the reform of the state supervision system, it is suggested that the constitution should be amended in time, the constitutional status of the supervisory committee should be confirmed, and the relevant system and mechanism should be adjusted.
