科技资源共享法规现状分析及建议

【摘要】：分析国内外科技资源共享法规现状,解读及研究《广东省自主创新促进条例》在科技基础条件平台建设方面的规定,根据科技资源共享方面出现的问题,提出科技资源共享的制度体系建议方案,有利于解决科技资源条块分割、重复建设、利用效率低下状况等问题。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the status quo of domestic and international laws and regulations on the sharing of science and technology resources, interprets and studies the regulations of Guangdong Provincial regulations on promoting Independent Innovation in the Construction of Scientific and technological basic conditions platform, and according to the problems in the sharing of scientific and technological resources, The proposal of system for scientific and technological resources sharing is helpful to solve the problems such as division of scientific and technological resources, repeated construction, low utilization efficiency and so on.
