中日海上执法体制比较

【摘要】：日本是世界上最传统的海洋大国之一,历经不断加强和完善,日本的海上执法体制取得了很大的成就。本文在中日海上执法体制比较方面做出具体详细介绍,对比我国海上执法体制,发现与日本海上执法体制方面的差距,吸取其先进成熟的体制,基于我国的基本国情,探索出一条具有中国特色的海上执法体制改革道路,建立一个科学、合理的、极具中式特征的海上执法体制。
[Abstract]:Japan is one of the most traditional maritime powers in the world. After continuous strengthening and improvement, Japan's maritime law enforcement system has made great achievements. This paper makes a detailed introduction on the comparison of maritime law enforcement system between China and Japan, compares our maritime law enforcement system, finds out the gap with Japan's maritime law enforcement system, and draws on its advanced and mature system, based on the basic conditions of our country. This paper explores a way to reform the maritime law enforcement system with Chinese characteristics and establishes a scientific, reasonable and highly Chinese-style maritime law enforcement system.
