【摘要】：正2017年4月11日,贵阳市人大常委会召开新闻发布会,我国首部政府数据共享开放地方性法规《贵阳市政府数据共享开放条例》(以下简称《条例》)诞生,于5月1日起正式施行,这也是我国在大数据方面出台的首部地方性法规。《条例》共33条,就政府数据采集、共享、开放以及保障与监督等问题作了明确规定。根据《条例》,贵阳市人民政府将依托"云上贵州"贵阳分平台,统一建设政府数据共享平台和开放平台,用于汇
[Abstract]:On April 11, 2017, the standing Committee of Guiyang Municipal people's Congress held a news conference. The first local law on the opening of government data sharing, the "regulations of Guiyang Municipal Government" (hereinafter referred to as "regulations"), was born. This is the first local regulation issued by China in the field of big data. There are 33 articles of regulations, which clearly stipulate the issues of government data collection, sharing, opening up, protection and supervision, and so on. According to the regulations, the Guiyang Municipal people's Government will build a unified government data sharing platform and an open platform based on the Guiyang sub-platform of "Yunshang Guizhou", which will be used for exchange.
