论我国食物权保障的文化基因

【摘要】:食物权是人人享有的获得适足食物的权利。我国古代民生与重农思想以及统治者实行的一系列食物保障措施,与当代的食物权保障存在诸多暗合,这表明我国具有食物权保障的历史传统和文化基因。当下,应合理继承古代重视粮食生产和粮食流通和社会弱者食物救济的历史传统,并克服其与食物权保障国际标准的差距,提高食物权保障标准和坚持平等理念,坚持权利型保障模式和法治型的保障道路。
[Abstract]:The right to food is the right of everyone to adequate food. The ancient people's livelihood and the thought of attaching importance to agriculture and a series of food security measures carried out by the rulers have a lot of coincident with the contemporary right to food, which indicates that our country has the historical tradition and cultural gene of the right to food security. At the present time, the historical tradition of attaching importance to the production and circulation of food and the food relief of the socially vulnerable in ancient times should be reasonably inherited, and the gap between it and the international standards of the right to food should be overcome, and the standards of the right to food should be raised and the concept of equality should be upheld, Adhere to the right-based security model and the rule of law-based protection road.
