安徽省茶叶标准化建设研究

【摘要】：标准化对于加速安徽省茶产业的发展升级、带动农民增收、促进经济发展意义斐然。近年来,在安徽省政府的高度重视下,茶叶标准化建设取得了显著成效,但仍存不足:作为建设依据的地方性法规文件之间存在冲突,标准体系结构不甚均衡,标准制定中的合法性审查不够,茶叶标准的实施及监督不到位。应尽快解决规范性文件之间的冲突,进一步健全标准体系,严格对标准合法合规性的审查,进一步加强对茶叶标准的实施和监督。
[Abstract]:Standardization is of great significance in accelerating the development and upgrading of tea industry in Anhui province, increasing farmers' income and promoting economic development. In recent years, with the great attention of Anhui provincial government, the construction of tea standardization has achieved remarkable results, but there are still shortcomings: there are conflicts among the local laws and regulations, and the standard system structure is not very balanced. The legality examination in the standard setting is not enough, and the implementation and supervision of the tea standard is not in place. The conflict between normative documents should be resolved as soon as possible, the standard system should be further improved, the examination of the legal compliance of the standard should be strictly enforced, and the enforcement and supervision of the tea standard should be further strengthened.
