【摘要】：正日前,根据有关规定,吉林省物价局制定了《吉林省城市供热定价成本监审办法(试行)》,该办法于12月1日起正式实施。根据办法规定,不得计入供热定价成本的费用包括:非持续、非正常经营活动发生的费用;固定资产盘亏、毁损、闲置和出售的净损失,滞纳金、违约金、罚款和公益性捐赠、公益广告、公益宣传费用;经营者过度购置固定资产所增加的支
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, according to the relevant regulations, Jilin Provincial Price Bureau formulated the "Jilin Province City heating pricing cost Supervision and examination (trial)", which was formally implemented on December 1. According to the regulations, the expenses that may not be included in the heating pricing costs include: the expenses incurred in non-continuous and abnormal business activities; the net loss of fixed assets lost, damaged, idle and sold; the late payment, liquidated damages, fines, and public welfare donations; A public service advertisement; an increase in the operator's overpurchase of fixed assets.
