互联网管理新规:解析与把握

【摘要】：正编者按从2017年6月1日起,国家《网络安全法》和《互联网新闻信息服务管理规定》将正式实施。两部法规从宏观层面给出法治顶层设计和管理路径,将进一步加强我国网络空间法治建设,促进互联网新闻信息服务健康有序发展。那么,对待最近颁布的一系列法规,尤其是新修订的《互联网新闻信息服务管理规定》及其它相关规定,我们应该如何看?如何以此为契机,壮骨提气、标杆立尺?本期专题特约请网络媒体一线操盘人和实践者就此讨论。
[Abstract]:As of June 1, 2017, the National Network Security Law and the Internet News Information Service Management regulations will be formally implemented. Two laws and regulations from the macro level to give the top design and management of the rule of law path, will further strengthen the rule of law in cyberspace construction, to promote the healthy and orderly development of Internet news and information services. So what do we think of the recent series of laws and regulations, especially the newly revised regulations on the Management of Internet News Information Services and other relevant regulations? How to take this as an opportunity to lift the spirit of strong bones, benchmarking ruler? This special issue invited network media operators and practitioners to discuss this.
