【摘要】：正以法治的方式管理宗教事务,是我党开展宗教工作的一贯主张。1931年《中华苏维埃宪法大纲》中就有"保护信教自由"的条款。新中国成立后的1954年宪法,直至1982年宪法三十六条奠定了宗教工作法治化的法制基础。改革开放以来,"依法管理宗教事务"成为党的宗教工作基本方针的重要内容之一,宗教工作逐渐纳入法治化轨道。2004年国务院颁行《宗教事务条例》以来,特别是
[Abstract]:Managing religious affairs in the way of ruling by law is the consistent proposition of our Party in carrying out religious work. In 1931 the outline of the Constitution of the Chinese Soviet Union contained the clause of "protecting the Freedom of religious worship". The 1954 Constitution after the founding of New China and the 36 articles of the Constitution in 1982 laid the legal foundation for the legalization of religious work. Since the reform and opening up, "managing religious affairs according to law" has become one of the important contents of the Party's basic policy on religion, and religious work has gradually been brought into the track of ruling by law.
