对185起校园暴力案件的观察与分析

【摘要】:通过对搜集的185起校园暴力案件进行统计分析,发现当前校园暴力涉案主体以中学生为主,女生参与率高于男生;暴力发生起因以言语不合与小过节小纠纷为多;校园暴力现场多在封闭的学校内部并拍摄上传至网络;有近一半的暴力事件报了警,包括当事人报警、目击者报警和学校报警,最终处理以警方调查和学校主导处理居多。治理校园暴力的根本在学校,建议设立校警制度、心理咨询师和教育社工驻校制度,以及考虑降低青少年行政拘留和刑事责任年龄。
[Abstract]:Through the statistical analysis of 185 cases of campus violence, it is found that the main subjects involved in campus violence are mainly middle school students, and the participation rate of girls is higher than that of boys. Most of the campus violence scenes were posted inside closed schools and uploaded to the Internet; nearly half of the violence incidents reported to the police, including the parties to the police, witnesses and schools to report the police, the final handling of the police investigation and school-based handling is the majority. The root of the management of school violence lies in the school, the school police system, psychological counsellors and education social workers school system, and consider lowering the age of juvenile administrative detention and criminal responsibility.
