推动我国食品工业法律体系构建的可行性研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展和食品多元化的推进,食品安全问题越发受到人们的关注,并且食品安全问题也具有"蝴蝶效应"。因此要加强和改善目前存在的食品安全问题,不仅需要提高食品企业对社会、消费者等的责任意识和遵纪守法的意识,还需要借助外界条件和国家的宏观监督进行约束,显然,对于构建食品工业化法律体系就变得尤为重要。该课题从国家和社会角度对构建食品工业法律体系所存在的影响因素进行了分析,并结合SPSS 22.0进行主要成分分析、因子提取和校验等,最终得到影响食品工业化法律体系构建的因素从大到小依次为:法律要素惩罚要素责任要素监管要素体制要素社会需求要素。并基于现在存在的问题和状况提出了有助于构建我国食品工业法律体系的可行性建议措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and diversification of food, people pay more and more attention to the problem of food safety, and the problem of food safety also has "butterfly effect". Therefore, in order to strengthen and improve the existing food safety problems, it is necessary not only to enhance the sense of responsibility of food enterprises to society, consumers, and so on, but also to take advantage of external conditions and macro-supervision by the state to restrain them. For the construction of food industrialization legal system has become particularly important. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the construction of food industry legal system from the point of view of country and society, and carries on the main component analysis, the factor extraction and the checkout with SPSS 22. 0, etc. Finally, the factors that affect the construction of food industrialization legal system are listed as follows: legal elements, punishment elements, responsibility elements, supervision elements, system elements, social demand elements. Based on the existing problems and current situation, this paper puts forward some feasible measures which will help to construct the legal system of food industry in China.
