以法治思维方式探析新形势下基层工会组织建设问题及对策

【摘要】：党的十八届五中全会提出要运用法治思维和法治方式推动发展,为加强基层工会建设,促进基层工会健康发展提供了新的视角。依据相关法律法规的规定,基层工会在发展会员、工会组建、组织制度及作用发挥上存在诸多问题。要以法治思维方式推进工会基层组织建设,就要做到依法建会、依法管会、依法履职,依法维护职工的话语表达权、教育发展权、劳动经济权、安全健康权。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the idea of using the rule of law and the way of rule of law to promote development, which provides a new perspective for strengthening the construction of grass-roots trade unions and promoting the healthy development of grass-roots trade unions. According to the relevant laws and regulations, there are many problems in the development of members, the formation of trade unions, the organization system and the function of grass-roots trade unions. In order to promote the construction of grass-roots trade union organizations by the rule of law, it is necessary to establish, manage and perform their duties in accordance with the law, safeguard the right of expression of words, the right to development of education, the right to labor and economy, and the right to safety and health.
