法治思维下我国食品药品安全风险应对策略

【摘要】：党的十八届四中全会提出,要贯彻落实总体国家安全观,推进公共安全法治化。食品药品安全关系国计民生,是公共安全体系的重要组成部分。危害食品药品安全是一类典型的涉众型经济犯罪,危害性强。本文以我国食品药品安全的现状为切入点,提出我国食品药品安全风险应对不仅需相关机构加强协作,还需进一步落实食品药品安全的风险识别、风险评估及风险应对体系建设与监管机制,使其成为一种常态。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to implement the overall national security concept and promote the rule of law for public safety. Food and drug safety relates to national economy and people's livelihood, and it is an important part of public safety system. Endangering food and drug safety is a typical stakeholder economic crime with strong harmfulness. Based on the current situation of food and drug safety in China, this paper points out that the risk response of food and drug safety in China needs not only the cooperation of relevant agencies, but also the risk identification of food and drug safety. Risk assessment and risk response system construction and supervision mechanism make it a normal state.
