“四个全面”视域中的“全面依法治国”:历史演进、基本内涵与重要功能
[Abstract]:"four comprehensiveness" is a complete system, in which, each "comprehensive" has its forming process, rich connotation and important function. In the "four all-round aspects", the formation and establishment of "comprehensive rule of law" has generally experienced the process from "rule of law" and "rule of law" to "ruling the country according to law", and then to "comprehensive rule of law", and brought into the process of "four comprehensive"; "the rule of law" is both a component of the "four comprehensive", As one of the "three strategic measures" in the strategic layout of "four comprehensive", "ruling the country according to law" is one of the "three strategic measures". It is not only the basic strategy of realizing the strategic goal of "building a well-off society in an all-round way" and the guarantee of the rule of law, but also the objective requirement and fundamental guarantee of promoting and realizing the "comprehensive deepening reform" and "ruling the party in an all-round and strict manner".
