政府信息公开制度拓宽与完善

【摘要】：政府信息公开是一项民心工程,是依法治国理念的具体表现,是善治的表现形式,更是努力建设阳光政府的内在要求。它既维护了社会公众的利益,也提高了政府公信力,是让政府做事更加公正、透明的集中体现。文章就善治视野下的政府行政信息公开,分别从逻辑进程、主要问题、举措三个层面进行探究。
[Abstract]:The publicity of government information is a popular project, a concrete manifestation of the idea of governing the country according to law, a form of good governance, and the inner requirement of building a sunshine government. It not only protects the interests of the public, but also enhances the credibility of the government. It is a centralized embodiment of making the government do things more justly and transparently. This paper probes into the disclosure of government administrative information from three aspects: logic process, main problems and measures.
