新形势下加强种子质量监管的思路与建议

【摘要】：近年来,我国种业发展发生了深刻的变化。为了更好地服务现代种业发展,种子质量监管的工作思路与方式需要与时俱进。分析了当前质量监管工作中遇到的主要问题,结合农业供给侧结构性改革对种植业结构的影响和《种子法》对种子监督管理的新规定,提出了种子质量监管工作的新思路、新建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of China's seed industry has undergone profound changes. In order to better serve the development of modern seed industry, the ideas and methods of seed quality supervision need to keep pace with the times. This paper analyzes the main problems encountered in the current quality supervision work, combines the influence of the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture on the structure of the planting industry and the new regulation of seed supervision and management by the seed Law, and puts forward a new idea of the seed quality supervision work.
