浅析中国电力行业的反垄断

【摘要】：电力行业作为传统的自然垄断行业，其占据垄断地位由来已久；随着社会发展的需要，自上世纪末开始，我国便开始进行电力改革，其自然垄断属性不断被分解。但是由于我国现行法律规制模式存在的缺陷以及其他社会因素，导致电力行业的垄断现象依然非常严重。如何解决电力行业垄断的带来的问题、深化电力体制改革，，笔者针对目前中国电力市场存在现状，在分析电力行业面临反垄断风险的基础上，进而提出了相应的改革路径及应对措施。
[Abstract]:The electric power industry, as a traditional natural monopoly industry, has occupied a monopoly position for a long time. With the need of social development, our country began to carry out the electric power reform since the end of the last century, and its natural monopoly attribute has been decomposed constantly. However, due to the defects of the current legal regulation model and other social factors, the power industry monopoly phenomenon is still very serious. How to solve the problems brought about by the monopoly of electric power industry and deepen the reform of electric power system, aiming at the present situation of Chinese electricity market, the author analyzes the anti-monopoly risk faced by the electric power industry. And then put forward the corresponding reform path and countermeasures.
