【摘要】：正胶州市编办认真把握"三定"修订工作精髓,以"三定"修订工作为契机,严把"全面、准确、规范"三个关键词,推进综合执法改革纵深发展。一是全面理顺综合执法涉及部门间职责边界。根据相关法律法规和全面深化改革要求,结合政府行政权力清单、责任清单等"三单"管理要求,进一步厘清部门职责边界,完善综合执法协调配合机制。二是准确梳理执法职责划出部门监管职能。对综合执法改革中
