【摘要】：正土地契约文书是记录民间经济生活的重要历史资料,近年来不断受到学界重视,取得丰富的研究成果。但总体来看,已有研究以定性研究为主,量化分析较少;就不同类别而言,租佃契约和租佃制的研究成果丰硕,典的研究略显单薄,如对典权交易效率的认识,学界尚存分歧,再如对典价的研究,多止于核算其占卖价的比例,等等。本文试图在新资料的基础上推进上述研究。综合运用原始
