社交网络时代的“扫黄打非”:现状、问题与对策

【摘要】：色情和盗版侵权等非法内容在网络空间呈现一定程度的泛滥之势,给"扫黄打非"工作带来了严峻挑战。社交网络时代的"扫黄打非"工作,由于所处的环境、打击对象等方面发生了变化,存在法律法规滞后、工作方式单一、机构设置不专等问题,建议采取完善相关法律法规、改进工作方法、整合执法资源、践行行业自律以及鼓励网民参与等措施,打造一个健康、文明的网络环境。
[Abstract]:Pornography, piracy and other illegal content in cyberspace show a trend of flooding, to "eliminate pornography and illegal" work has brought a severe challenge. In the era of social networks, due to the changes in the environment and the object of attack, there are some problems such as the lag of laws and regulations, the singularity of working methods, the lack of special organization setting, etc., so we suggest that we should improve the relevant laws and regulations. Improve working methods, integrate law enforcement resources, practice industry self-discipline and encourage Internet users to participate in order to create a healthy and civilized network environment.
