论我国档案中介机构治理法规体系构建问题

【摘要】：档案中介机构治理法规体系的构建,对规范其档案活动,维护国家档案安全有重要保障作用。通过梳理档案中介机构法规体系建设状况,分析存在问题,提出其治理法规体系构建对策。我国档案中介机构治理法规体系的建设完善,对提升档案中介机构服务质量,维护国家档案的安全有现实意义。
[Abstract]:The construction of the regulatory system of archives intermediary organizations plays an important role in standardizing their archives activities and maintaining the national archives security. By combing the status of the construction of the regulatory system of the archives agency, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of the regulatory system. It is of practical significance to improve the service quality of archives intermediary institutions and to maintain the safety of national archives in order to improve the construction and perfection of the regulatory system of archives intermediary organizations in China.
