行政法视角下的政府公信力问题研究

【摘要】：随着中国步入社会转型期,社会关系网络变得越来越复杂,社会中的各个层级都在关注着如何建设政府公信力问题。提升政府公信力的水平,既可满足了人们内心形成的主观需求,又符合社会发展的客观要求。因此,政府公信力水平的高低也会直接影响着人们对政府实施行政行为接受与否。但是,在一些情况下我国的政府公信力建设水平出现了弱化现象。基于此,需要对我国政府公信力的有关问题进行理性分析。本文的写作思路共分为四部分:第一部分阐明政府公信力的概念及相关理论,在此基础上政府阐释了政府公信力的功能和判断标准。第二部分对国外的政府公信力建设及其借鉴进行阐述,客观地加以评析。第三部分分析我国政府公信力的现状,重点分析我国政府公信力缺失的原因。第四部分针对政府公信力存在的问题提出相应解决对策和建议,促进政府公信力提升。
[Abstract]:As China enters the social transformation period, the network of social relations becomes more and more complex. All levels of society are concerned about how to build the credibility of the government. Improving the level of government credibility can not only meet the subjective needs of people's hearts, but also meet the objective requirements of social development. Therefore, the level of public trust of the government will also directly affect the acceptance of people to the implementation of the administrative act of the government. However, in some cases, the level of government credibility construction has been weakened. Based on this, it is necessary to make a rational analysis of the problems related to the credibility of our government. This article is divided into four parts: the first part clarifies the concept of government credibility and related theories, and on this basis, the government explains the functions and judgment criteria of government credibility. The second part expounds the construction of foreign government credibility and its reference, and objectively evaluates it. The third part analyzes the current situation of the credibility of our government, focusing on the reasons for the lack of credibility of our government. The fourth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the credibility of the government to promote the promotion of the credibility of the government.
