新《食品安全法》中企业社会责任的深化

【摘要】：食品安全关乎民生福祉,食品企业必须严格履行企业社会责任。2015年10月1日经修订后的《食品安全法》正式施行。新《食品安全法》确立了食品安全追溯、网上销售食品实名登记、转基因食品标示、提高惩罚限额等制度,深化了企业作为食品安全第一责任人的社会责任,并通过强化地方政府落实责任、有奖举报制度保障企业社会责任履行。新《食品安全法》中企业社会责任的深化将使食品安全管理逐步走向社会共治。
[Abstract]:Food safety is related to people's well-being, and food enterprises must strictly fulfill their corporate social responsibilities. The revised Food Safety Law, as amended on October 1, 2015, entered into force. The new "Food Safety Law" has established a system of food safety traceability, real name registration of online food sales, labeling of genetically modified food, and raising the penalty limit, thus deepening the social responsibility of enterprises as the first person responsible for food safety. And through strengthening the local government implementation responsibility, reward reporting system to ensure the implementation of corporate social responsibility. The deepening of corporate social responsibility in the new Food Safety Law will make food safety management step by step towards social co-governance.
