【摘要】:迈入新世纪以来,经济飞速增长的同时社会实现稳定发展,知识价值的经济社会愈加凸显。传统的土地厂房、机器设备等有形资产价值在降低,与此同时,工艺、品牌等无形资产其价值在逐步提高。随着社会鼓励企业加大自主创新力度,其自身知识产权也越来越为社会所重视。作为极具市场开拓力的一项竞争性资源,知识产权成为企业发展战略的重要组成,其管理和运营在企业经营中愈来愈严格规范。在知识价值凸显的今天,企业之间的竞争优势不再是以往比投入拼人力物力了,竞争优势更多地取决于是否能合理开发利用好知识产权资源。也就是说,是否制定科学有效知识产权战略,是用来衡量我国企业国际竞争力水平的重要标志。每个企业的知识产权管理工作存在较大差异,针对不同的企业要结合其实际情况,制定各不相同的知识产权框架。最终目的在于采取一系列行之有效的方法、措施和策略,促进企业市场竞争力增强,实现企业经济效益提高。本研究整体结构上,采取层层递进方式展开分析论述。首先,概述了知识产权的概念和内涵,包括知识产权战略主要作用和意义。重点是对涉及研究相关理论进行介绍,包括知识产权相关理论和观点,还有简单概括知识产权战略的内容和方法。现行的知识产权管理工作不再是过去单一独立的个体,它直接影响到企业产业结构调整、市场营销等企业管理中方方面面。从某种程度上讲,企业运用知识产权战略,是现代企业经营管理必备管理利器。其次,以A公司知识产权战略研究为案例进行实践研究。由A公司发展现状引出目前在知识产权管理方面存在的问题。通过对A公司知识产权管理外部环境和内部环境分析,对A公司知识产权战略实施进行全方位研究。然后制定出A公司相应的战略方案,同时进行战略选择。最后,本研究对A公司知识产权管理提出了对策建议。一方面,就如何完善和改进A公司的知识产权管理体系提出策略;另一方面,及时总结A公司知识产权管理经验,为今后知识产权管理工作积累经验和提供借鉴,这样才能在激烈市场竞争中立于不败之地。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, with the rapid growth of economy and the steady development of society, the economic and social value of knowledge has become increasingly prominent. The value of tangible assets such as traditional land, factory buildings, machinery and equipment is decreasing. At the same time, technology, The value of intangible assets such as brands is gradually increasing. As society encourages enterprises to increase their independent innovation, their own intellectual property rights are more and more valued by society. Intellectual property has become an important component of the enterprise's development strategy, and its management and operation are becoming more and more strict and standardized in the business operation. Today, when the knowledge value is prominent, the competitive advantage between enterprises is no longer more than putting in manpower and material resources. The competitive advantage depends more on the rational development and utilization of intellectual property resources. That is, whether to formulate a scientific and effective intellectual property strategy, It is an important symbol used to measure the level of international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. There are great differences in the management of intellectual property rights in each enterprise. In view of different enterprises, they should combine their actual conditions. The ultimate purpose of this study is to adopt a series of effective methods, measures and strategies to promote the competitiveness of enterprises in the market and to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. Firstly, it summarizes the concept and connotation of intellectual property, including the main role and significance of intellectual property strategy. Including theories and viewpoints related to intellectual property rights, as well as a brief summary of the contents and methods of intellectual property strategy. The current intellectual property management work is no longer a single and independent individual in the past. It directly affects the adjustment of the industrial structure of enterprises. Marketing and other aspects of enterprise management. To a certain extent, the use of intellectual property strategy by enterprises is an essential management tool for modern enterprises. Secondly, Taking the intellectual property strategy research of company A as a case study, this paper introduces the problems existing in intellectual property management from the current situation of the development of company A. through the analysis of the external and internal environment of intellectual property management of A Company, The implementation of intellectual property strategy of company A is studied in all directions. Then the corresponding strategic plan of company A is worked out, and the strategic choice is carried out. Finally, this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the intellectual property management of company A. on the one hand, On the other hand, it sums up the intellectual property management experience of company A in a timely manner, so as to accumulate experience and provide reference for the future intellectual property management. Only in this way in the fierce market competition in an invincible position.
