集装箱码头操作控制子系统产品化研发

【摘要】:2006年以来,“自主创新”是中国政府提出的一项国家战略,其目的在于鼓励中国企业开展技术创新,拥有自己的核心知识产权和核心竞争力;而招商局国际作为国内的大型国企的上市公司,,有责任也有义务发展自身的自主创新,拥有自主知识产权的产品;其中,集装箱码头作为招商局国际的核心企业和核心利益,在整个海运物流链中处于关键节点,码头操作效率的高低,营运成本的多少直接影响着相关物流链整体的效率和收益。而招商局国际信息技术有限公司作为招商局旗下的唯一集装箱码头操作系统的研发机构,担负着招商局旗下所有码头的核心系统的研发工作,所以研究优化整个研发流程体系,结合实践经验,借鉴成熟的管理流程,对于集装箱码头操作系统的产品化发展以及如何缩短每个码头的实施周期和成本具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。 另外,基于招商局国际自身内部的管理诉求以及后续发展,迫切需要统一公司内部各个集装箱码头的操作管理系统,以达到公司整体集约化管理的目标。 本论文结合多年码头实际研发实施现状,采用科学的方法设计出可适应多种码头类型的架构,抽象出多个可复用的公用组件,并从业务层面总结出一批同时适应多种码头业务的可配置内容,设计和研发出一套具有完全自主产权的,并且可以适应目前国内外集装箱码头的操作管理需要的TOS系统;另外由于合理的独创性的,并具有前瞻性的设计,大大减少了新码头的开发成本以及后期实施的成本;为CTOS产品可持续化发展道路迈出了坚实的一步。
[Abstract]:Since 2006, "independent innovation" has been a national strategy put forward by the Chinese government. Its purpose is to encourage Chinese enterprises to carry out technological innovation and have their own core intellectual property rights and core competitiveness. China Merchants Bureau International, as a listed company of large state-owned enterprises in China, has the responsibility and obligation to develop its own independent innovation and products with independent intellectual property rights. Among them, container terminals are the core enterprises and core interests of China Merchants International. At the key node in the whole maritime logistics chain, the efficiency of terminal operation is high and low, The amount of operating cost directly affects the efficiency and income of the logistics chain as a whole. China Merchants International Information Technology Co., Ltd., as the only container terminal operating system R & D organization under the China Merchants Bureau, It is responsible for the research and development of the core system of all the terminals under the China Merchants Bureau, so the research and optimization of the entire R & D process system, combined with practical experience, use for reference the mature management process. It has important theoretical value and practical significance for the development of container terminal operating system and how to shorten the implementation cycle and cost of each terminal. In addition, based on the internal management demands and subsequent development of China Merchants Bureau, it is urgent to unify the operation and management system of each container terminal in order to achieve the goal of the overall intensive management of the company. In this paper, combined with the actual research and implementation status of many years of wharf, the scientific method is used to design the architecture that can adapt to many types of wharf, and abstract many reusable public components. At the same time, we design and develop a set of TOS system which has completely independent property right and can meet the needs of domestic and foreign container terminal operation management. In addition, due to the reasonable originality and forward-looking design, the development cost of the new wharf and the later implementation cost are greatly reduced, and a solid step is taken for the sustainable development of CTOS products.
