企业国际化经营与技术创新的互动关系研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着经济全球化的不断深入,我国建设开放型经济的速度也不断加快,越来越多的企业或被动或主动地走上了国际化经营的道路,所面临的市场竞争更加严峻,环境更加复杂。在这种瞬息万变的竞争环境中生存和发展是每个企业必须予以重视并且恰当解决的问题。同时,产品的生命周期越来越短,技术革新越来越快,企业面临的技术升级压力也逐步增大,因此企业更加深刻地意识到技术创新的重要性。在这种情况下,企业国际化经营水平和技术创新能力二者之间有没有必然联系,企业国际化经营和进技术创新之间能否相互促进,如何促进等问题对现代企业管理具有重要的意义。本文立足于企业视角,从企业国际化经营和技术创新的内涵和驱动因素出发,在前人的研究基础上分析企业国际化经营与技术创新的互动作用机理。以此为理论依据,利用向量自回归模型对中国石油天然气集团公司的国际化经营水平和技术创新水平相关数据的关系进行实证检验,检验结果验证了企业国际化经营和技术创新的互动影响关系的存在。最后本文依据企业国际化经营与技术创新的互动作用机理,从完善现代企业制度、培养国际化人才队伍、建设学习型组织、加强对外合作、制定知识产权战略等几个方面对促进企业国际化经营和技术创新的互动关系发展提出建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of economic globalization, the speed of building an open economy in our country has been speeding up. More and more enterprises have taken the road of international operation passively or actively, and the market competition is more severe. The environment is more complex. Survival and development in this rapidly changing competitive environment is a problem that every enterprise must pay attention to and solve appropriately. At the same time, the life cycle of products is getting shorter and shorter, and technological innovation is faster and faster. The pressure on enterprises to upgrade technology is also gradually increasing, so enterprises are more deeply aware of the importance of technological innovation. In this case, is there an inevitable link between the level of international operation and the ability of technological innovation of enterprises? It is of great significance to modern enterprise management that whether the internationalization of enterprise management and technological innovation can promote each other and how to promote it. Starting from the connotation and driving factors of enterprise internationalization management and technological innovation, this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between enterprise internationalization management and technological innovation on the basis of previous studies. Using the vector autoregressive model, the paper empirically tests the relationship between the international management level and the technological innovation level of CNPC. The result verifies the existence of the interactive influence relationship between enterprise internationalization management and technological innovation. Finally, according to the interactive mechanism of enterprise internationalization management and technological innovation, this paper tries to improve the modern enterprise system and train the international talent team. Some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of the interactive relationship between enterprises' international management and technological innovation from the aspects of building learning organization, strengthening foreign cooperation and formulating intellectual property strategy.
