茳芒消渴胶囊的药学研究

【摘要】:天然药物主要是指来源于动植物及其它生物、具有明确治疗作用的单一成分或多组分药物,,包括来源于植物(包括中草药)、微生物、海洋生物、内源性生物活性物质等的药物。天然药物往往具有结构新颖、活性高、副作用少的特点,是制药工业中新药研发的重要资源,也是我国研制具有自主知识产权药物的主要源泉。 茳芒消渴胶囊是课题组开发的具有自主知识产权的天然药物创新药物,具有降低高血糖的生物功效,具有良好的应用前景。本论文围绕茳芒决明药材及其茳芒消渴胶囊(天然药物2类)开展以下研究工作。 1、综述了茳芒决明的化学成分以及生物功能的研究进展; 2、首次开展了茳芒决明药材的临床前研究,包括药材炮制工艺、质量研究及质量标准的制定以及稳定性考察研究; 3、首次进行了茳芒消渴胶囊的处方工艺、质量研究与质量标准的制定及稳定性考察研究。 通过对茳芒决明药材及茳芒消渴胶囊(天然药物2类)的临床前药学研究,建立了茳芒决明及茳芒消渴胶囊的质量标准,为将茳芒决明这一天然资源变废为宝,开发成治疗高血糖症的创新药物提供了科学依据。
[Abstract]:Natural drugs mainly refer to a single or multicomponent drug that is derived from animals, plants and other organisms and has a definite therapeutic effect, including from plants (including Chinese herbal medicines, microorganisms, marine organisms, etc.), Natural drugs are often characterized by novel structure, high activity and less side effects. They are important resources for the development of new drugs in pharmaceutical industry, and are also the main source for the development of drugs with independent intellectual property rights in China. Qiumang Xiaoke capsule is a kind of natural medicine innovation drug with independent intellectual property rights developed by the research group. It has the biological effect of reducing hyperglycemia. In this paper, the following research work is carried out around Cassia mandshurica and its capsule (natural medicine 2). 1. The research progress of chemical constituents and biological functions of Cassia mandshurica was reviewed. (2) the preclinical study of Cassia mandshurica was carried out for the first time, including processing technology, quality research, quality standard formulation and stability investigation. 3. The prescription technology, quality research, quality standard formulation and stability investigation of Zhumang Xiaoke capsule were carried out for the first time. Based on the pre-clinical pharmacological study of Cassia mandshurica and Xiaoki capsule (2 kinds of natural drugs), the quality standard of Cassia mangii and Xiaoki capsule was established, in order to turn this natural resource into a treasure. It provides a scientific basis for the development of innovative drugs for hyperglycemia.
