【摘要】：正《区域创新系统:多创新极共生演化模型与实证》是李子彪教授多年研究的新成果,2014年10月由知识产权出版社出版,并获得河北省社会科学重要学术著作出版资助项目资助。进入新世纪,特别是"十二五"以来,创新驱动发展战略逐步深入人心。创新型国家建设离不开区域的创新。然而,如何科学建设区域创新体系进而支撑创新型国家,如何监测和测评区域创新体系,政策制定者仍未找到一条行之有效的途径。创新

In the new century, especially since 12th Five-Year, the development strategy of innovation driven innovation gradually popular. The construction of an innovative country cannot do without area. However, how to support the construction of regional innovation system and innovative country, how to monitoring and evaluation of regional innovation system, policy makers have yet to find an effective way of innovation.
