中低速磁悬浮轨排运驾车的设计

【摘要】:随着莱钢磁悬浮列车轨排项目被列入建设部的“十一五”国家科技支撑计划,莱钢集团与中国南车集团合作研发的磁悬浮列车轨排取得了突破性成果,突破了轨排的热轧瓶颈,实现了F型轨排的批量生产,目前莱钢磁悬浮列车轨排项目,可实现年产中低速磁悬浮轨排系列产品10万吨。中国第一辆中低速磁悬浮列车,在由莱钢建安公司建设的唐山1.5公里F轨排试验线上,安全运行100天,标志着磁悬浮列车运行试验成功。莱钢集团研发的此项目具备显著的自主创新优势,包括了技术专利10项,制定国家和行业标准7项,正在完善着具备高技术含量、自主创新、自主知识产权的中低速磁悬浮列车轨排技术体系。根据地铁、轻轨等城市轨道建设经验,中低速磁浮线路轨排须满足(双线)75米/天的铺轨速度。中低速磁浮轨道交通线路大部分位于城市内部或城郊结合部,线路上轨排安装工程量大、安装要求精度高。利用吊车吊装铺设轨排时,需根据线路不断移动吊车,轨排的铺设效率低;在隧道、跨河大桥及城市内交通繁忙路段,吊车无作业条件,这就需要有一种在线铺设轨排的专用机械。
[Abstract]:With the project of maglev train rail row of Laigang being included in the "11th Five-Year Plan" of the Ministry of Construction, the maglev train rail platoon developed by Laigang Group and China South car Group has made a breakthrough, breaking through the bottleneck of hot rolling of rail line.The mass production of F type rail platoon has been realized. At present, the project of maglev train rail row of Laiwu Iron and Steel Company can realize the annual production of 100000 tons of medium-low speed maglev rail row series products.The first medium and low speed maglev train in China has been running safely for 100 days on the 1.5 km F rail line built by Jianan Company of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co., marking the successful test of the maglev train.The project developed by Laigang Group has significant advantages of independent innovation, including 10 technical patents, 7 national and industry standards, and is improving with high technology content and independent innovation.Independent intellectual property rights of the medium-low-speed maglev train rail drainage technology system.According to the experience of subway, light rail and other urban track construction, the rail arrangement of medium and low speed maglev lines should be satisfied (the speed of laying tracks is 75 meters / day on double lines).Most of the medium and low speed maglev rail transit lines are located in the urban interior or the suburban areas. The installation of rail line on the line has a large amount of installation and high installation precision.When the crane hoist is used to lay the rail line, the crane must move continuously according to the line, the laying efficiency of the rail row is low; in the tunnel, the bridge across the river and the heavy traffic section of the city, the crane has no working conditions,This requires a dedicated mechanism for laying rails on-line.
