青蒿素类药物制剂中国专利申请技术分析

【摘要】：青蒿素类化合物除抗疟作用外,在治疗艾滋病和肿瘤等疾病方面具有潜在的临床应用价值。目前临床上应用的青蒿素类药物制剂普遍存在溶解度差、首过效应高、生物利用度低、给药频繁、疟原虫复燃率高等缺点,因此,采用制药新技术,研发青蒿素类药物新制剂以克服传统制剂的不足成为研究热点之一。笔者通过文献检索,对青蒿素类药物制剂的中国专利申请状况和相关专利技术进行了分析,旨在为国内研发机构和相关企业对于青蒿素类药物制剂的后期开发、专利保护策略以及知识产权布局提供有益的参考和建议。
[Abstract]:Artemisinin compounds have potential clinical application in the treatment of AIDS and tumor besides antimalarial effect. At present, artemisinin drugs used in clinic generally have some disadvantages, such as poor solubility, high first-pass effect, low bioavailability, frequent administration, high relapse rate of Plasmodium, etc. Therefore, new pharmaceutical technology is adopted. Research and development of new artemisinin drugs to overcome the shortcomings of traditional preparations has become one of the hot research topics. The author analyzed the patent application status and related patent technology of artemisinin-based pharmaceutical preparations in China through literature retrieval, aiming at the later development of artemisinin-based pharmaceutical preparations for domestic R & D institutions and related enterprises. Patent protection strategy and intellectual property layout provide useful reference and suggestions.
