科技型中小企业成长脆性影响因素及评价研究

【摘要】：我国科技型中小企业产业基础薄弱,结构相对单一。另外,科技型中小企业与市场紧密相关,由于其具有较高的灵敏度而极易受到市场经济波动的影响。但是,科技型中小企业的自主创新能力强,为我国的自主知识产权创新做出了不可磨灭的贡献。但在现实生活中,不少科技型中小企业由于经营困难而倒闭的现象却经常映入我们的眼帘。据不完全统计,每年有上百万家科技型中小企业面临破产和倒闭,不禁让我们对其成长状况感到担忧。2008年的金融危机使大批科技型中小企业崩溃的浪潮瞬间波及到长三角、珠三角,甚至蔓延到大部分沿海地区,造成这种状况的根源是中小企业自身存在着与生俱来的脆性,脆性对中小企业的成长性影响深远,迫使我们不得不对科技型中小企业成长的脆性重点关注。本文以科技型中小企业为研究对象,综合运用管理学、经济学、复杂科学理论,运用定性与定量相结合的方法分析科技型中小企业成长脆性的影响因素,并在此基础上结合企业成长性理论对科技型中小企业成长脆性进行评价,将脆性引入到企业成长性研究中,为脆性理论和企业成长性理论都提供了一个新的视角。提出科技型中小企业成长脆性评价模型,为企业成功识别成长过程中的脆性因素进而采取响应措施提供指导,同时对于企业的长远战略规划提供一些有效、可行的建议。全文共分为五章,内容安排如下:第一章主要介绍了研究的目的和意义,国内外的研究现状,本文的总体思路和框架,研究方法及创新之处。第二章阐述本研究的相关概念与理论框架,主要包括科技型中小企业成长脆性相关概念界定,科技型中小企业成长脆性的特征、周期演替分析,并从敏感性、抵抗力、恢复力三个方面分析了科技型中小企业成长脆性的影响因素。第三章和第四章是本文的主题部分,提出了科技型中小企业成长脆性的初步概念模型,并提出研究假设,问卷设计、数据收集、变量的预处理,运用结构方程模型分析法验证概念模型的成立性。在验证模型的基础上运用AHP_模糊综合评价方法对科技型中小企业成长脆性进行评价,确定评价指标体系和每层指标的权重。在评价的基础上提出科技型中小企业成长脆性的治理模式。第五章运用案例分析法对S科技有限公司的成长脆性进行评价,结合评价结果提出S科技有限公司成长脆性的应对策略。
[Abstract]:Our country science and technology-based medium and small-sized enterprises industry foundation is weak, the structure is relatively single. In addition, science and technology SMEs are closely related to the market, because of their high sensitivity, they are easily affected by market economic fluctuations. However, the small and medium-sized S & T enterprises have strong independent innovation ability and make indelible contributions to the independent intellectual property innovation of our country. But in real life, many small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology often come into our eyes because of their business difficulties. According to incomplete statistics, millions of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises face bankruptcy and bankruptcy every year, which makes us worry about their growth. The financial crisis of 2008 brought the wave of the collapse of a large number of technology-based SMEs to the Yangtze River Delta. The Pearl River Delta even spread to most of the coastal areas. The root cause of this situation is the inherent brittleness of small and medium-sized enterprises, which has a profound impact on the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. We have to focus on the brittleness of the growth of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. This paper takes the small and medium-sized technological enterprises as the research object, synthetically uses the management science, the economics, the complex science theory, uses the qualitative and quantitative method to analyze the influencing factors of the growth brittleness of the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. On this basis, the growth brittleness of small and medium-sized technological enterprises is evaluated based on the theory of enterprise growth, and the brittleness is introduced into the study of enterprise growth, which provides a new perspective for both the brittleness theory and the enterprise growth theory. This paper puts forward a model for evaluating the growth brittleness of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises, which provides guidance for enterprises to identify the factors of brittleness in the process of growth and take response measures. At the same time, it provides some effective and feasible suggestions for the long-term strategic planning of enterprises. This paper is divided into five chapters. The content is arranged as follows: the first chapter mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, the general ideas and framework of this paper, the research methods and innovations. The second chapter describes the related concepts and theoretical framework of this study, including the definition of the related concepts of the growth brittleness of small and medium-sized technological enterprises, the characteristics of the growth brittleness of small and medium-sized technological enterprises, the periodic succession analysis, and the analysis of sensitivity and resistance. The factors influencing the growth brittleness of small and medium-sized technological enterprises are analyzed in three aspects of resilience. The third and fourth chapters are the main part of this paper, and put forward the preliminary concept model of the growth brittleness of the small and medium-sized technological enterprises, and put forward the research hypothesis, questionnaire design, data collection, variable preprocessing. The structure equation model analysis method is used to verify the validity of the conceptual model. On the basis of the verification model, the growth brittleness of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises is evaluated by using AHP_ fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the evaluation index system and the weight of each index are determined. On the basis of evaluation, the paper puts forward the governance model of the growth brittleness of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. The fifth chapter uses case analysis to evaluate the growth brittleness of S & S Co., Ltd. Combined with the evaluation results, puts forward the corresponding strategies of the growth brittleness of S & T Co., Ltd.
