科研管理的新模式:职务发明报告机制的引入与适用——职务发明报告机制的比较研究及其对我国的启示

【摘要】:职务发明报告机制是明确职务发明权利归属,促进职务发明转化运用的重要法律规则,同时也是企业及科研院所进行科研管理的新模式。鉴于此,有必要通过德国和法国的职务发明报告机制进行比较研究,从而为我国职务发明报告机制的设立与运行提供启示与借鉴。
[Abstract]:The reporting mechanism of job invention is an important legal rule to define the ownership of the right of duty invention and to promote the transformation and application of job invention. It is also a new mode of scientific research management for enterprises and scientific research institutes. In view of this, it is necessary to carry on the comparative research through the duty invention reporting mechanism of Germany and France, so as to provide enlightenment and reference for the establishment and operation of the duty invention report mechanism in our country.
