【摘要】：伴随着科技的发展和人类知识的进步，在全球化的市场竞争中，有越来越多的企业慢慢认识到知识产权的重要性，并且把知识产权作为企业的一项核心资产，知识产权在企业的市场竞争中发挥越来越重要的作用。知识产权创新能力大小决定着企业能否在市场竞争取得优势地位，能否能够一直持续的发展，能够成功发展的企业，必然拥有完备的知识产权创新体系。在知识经济的背景下，企业如何进行知识产权创新已经成为企业迫切要解决的问题。一个完善的知识产权自主创新体系，不仅是企业发展的源泉，也是对未来需要的知识产权的提前创新，占领知识产权创新的制高点，为企业的进一步发展提高了知识产权基础。本文从科技型中小企业知识产权自主创新模式选择的角度进行研讨，将国内外知识产权理论作为基础，对我国科技型中小企业知识产权自主创新进行比较细致的研究，并根据我国企业的特征提出了相匹配的知识产权自主创新模式，从而能够增加我国企业的知识产权自主创新能力，保证企业能够顺利发展。文章开始在我国科技型中小企业需要进行知识产权自主创新的背景下，对知识产权创新理论进行综述，，从而能够清晰企业进行知识产权自主创新的意义，并评述文章的创新点和写作思路。其次，分析了科技型中小企业知识产权自主创新的目标、特征，为后文的研究打下基础。在这个前提下，对我国科技型中小企业知识产权自主创新现状进行必要性研究，侧重研究我国科技型中小企业知识产权自主创新的成绩和问题，并针对问题进行了原因分析。接着文章重点研究了科技型中小企业知识产权自主创新模式选择的原则，影响因素与匹配选择和选择的方法。然后分析了科技型中小企业知识产权自主创新对策，主要是从动力机制、运行机制、保障机制三个角度进行，对科技型中小企业知识产权自主创新模式选择提供了可行的方向和路径。紧接着，文章根据前面几章内容针对大族激光进行案例分析，得对大族激光知识产权自主创新模式进行选择。最后，是文章的总结和展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the progress of human knowledge, in the global market competition, more and more enterprises gradually realize the importance of intellectual property, and regard intellectual property as a core asset of enterprises. Intellectual property plays a more and more important role in the market competition of enterprises. The ability of intellectual property innovation determines whether the enterprise can obtain the advantage position in the market competition, whether it can develop continuously or not, and the enterprise that can develop successfully must have a complete intellectual property innovation system. Under the background of knowledge economy, how to innovate intellectual property has become an urgent problem for enterprises. A perfect independent innovation system of intellectual property is not only the headspring of enterprise development, but also the advance innovation of intellectual property which is needed in the future. It occupies the commanding point of intellectual property innovation, and improves the intellectual property base for the further development of enterprise. Based on the intellectual property theory at home and abroad, this paper studies the independent innovation of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized technological enterprises in China from the angle of the choice of independent innovation mode of intellectual property rights of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the characteristics of Chinese enterprises, a matching independent innovation model of intellectual property is put forward, which can increase the capability of independent innovation of intellectual property of Chinese enterprises and ensure the smooth development of enterprises. This paper begins to summarize the theory of intellectual property innovation in the context of the need of intellectual property independent innovation for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in our country, so as to clarify the significance of independent innovation in intellectual property rights of enterprises. And comments on the innovation of the article and writing ideas. Secondly, the paper analyzes the goal and characteristics of intellectual property independent innovation of small and medium-sized technological enterprises, which lays the foundation for the later research. Based on this premise, the necessity of independent innovation of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized technological enterprises in China is studied, and the achievements and problems of independent innovation of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized technological enterprises in China are emphatically studied, and the reasons for the problems are analyzed. Then the paper focuses on the selection principle of intellectual property independent innovation mode, influencing factors, matching selection and selection method. Then it analyzes the countermeasures of independent innovation of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized technological enterprises, mainly from the three angles of power mechanism, operation mechanism and safeguard mechanism. It provides feasible direction and path for the choice of independent innovation mode of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized technological enterprises. Then, according to the previous chapters, the paper analyzes the case of the large family laser, and chooses the independent innovation mode of the large family laser intellectual property rights. Finally, it is the summary and prospect of the article.
