中山市大涌镇家居文化产业区规划研究

【摘要】：随着我国文化产业的不断发展,所形成的规模及创造的社会价值突飞猛进,进而使得越来越多的人们开始重视文化产业。由于文化引导的城市再生被普遍认为具有多种功能,文化产业空间集群策略在世界各个国家许多城市被积极鼓励,建设文化产业园区也就成为中国各地发展文化产业的一种普遍采用的措施。纵观2012年以来各地都在加大投资兴建文化产业园,对文化产业园区规划方面的研究也就成了越来越多专家学者所关注的课题,而在文化产业园区规划的过程中,大部分时候只注重了发展模式、运营策略及市场定位等市场、经济方面的研究,却忽视了整个区域景观生态环境方面的问题研究。然而如何在规划的同时,进行对整个区域的生态安全格局体系的构建和景观风貌定位考虑,使文化产业园区规划具有更强的生态性、可持续性、景观性、统一性,是本文将要重点探讨研究的问题。本文以中山市大涌镇家居文化产业园区为研究对象,采用文献研究法、实地调研法、访谈调研法、多学科综合研究法和规划实践法,在综合参考了国内外相关研究成果及案例分析的基础上,对中山市大涌镇文化产业园区构建的理论和实践、现状特征、规划策略、概念规划等主要内容展开研究,取得如下研究成果： 1)综合了国内外相关研究成果,梳理出文化产业园区规划应以可持续发展理论、城市规划理论、景观规划理论、生态规划理论、生态安全格局理论以及景观风貌理论为依据；归纳了国内外优秀案例,提炼出文化产业园区的发展模式主要为政策导向型、艺术家主导型、开发商导向型、资源依赖型、成本导向型、环境导向型等,为中山市大涌镇家居文化产业园区规划提供了理论依据与技术支持。 2)通过文献资料收集及实地考察中山市大涌镇现有资源,分析了该地区现状的自然地理、交通条件、建设情况、用地现状、产业结构等方面的优劣势；总结出现状面临的主要问题是环境赤字如何填补、人力短缺如何应对、市场面窄如何解决。 3)对中山市大涌镇家居文化产业园区,在发展模式、市区层面的规划以及园区层面的规划三个方面提出了相应的策略：在发展模式方面,原核心企业及骨干企业以发展家居龙头企业及家居文化博览园为主,其他中小型企业发展为家居文化商业街及历史文化商业街；在市区层面,与中山市大力扶持家居行业的政策相结合,引导文化企业,构建支撑体系,建立完善的知识产权保护体系；在园区层面,结合大涌镇的现在条件,依托自然文化资源优势,提供良好的文化氛围,率先完成相关基础设施和配套服务,重视园区的包装宣传,统筹规划、分步实施；除此之外,通过生态安全格局体系及景观风貌定位方面的系统性研究分析为文化产业园区规划奠定了一个生态框架,在此框架下进行的具体规划活动将更具有生态性及可持续性。 4)在中山市大涌镇家居文化产业园区规划发展策略的指导下,依托现有的红木家具街,环卓旗山产业加工带和以及安堂古镇为主体的历史街区进行概念规划实践。规划将现有的红木家具街扩大范围规划成家居文化商业街区,将环卓旗山产业加工带规划成以五大片区组成的家居文化博览园,将安堂古镇问主体的历史街区规划成大涌特有的岭南文化中心。上述研究结果表明,中山市大涌镇家居文化产业园区可以依据自身条件,调整发展模式；依靠政府之力,推动产业重构；通过生态安全格局,构建规划背景框架；以景观风貌定位,处理城市环境景观问题。由此而进行文化产业园区的规划,将使其经济发展、产业优化、生态恢复、文化提升。这一将生态安全格局及景观风貌定位理论融入之中的家居文化产业园区规划研究及实践方法,不仅适合中山市大涌镇家居文化产业园区规划项目,而且可以为其它在建或规划开发中的文化产业园区的规划提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our cultural industry, the scale and the social value of the creation are advancing rapidly, and more and more people begin to pay attention to the cultural industry.
Since the cultural guidance of urban regeneration is generally considered to have many functions, the strategy of cultural industry space cluster has been actively encouraged in many cities all over the world. The construction of cultural industrial park has also become a common measure for the development of cultural industry in all parts of China. Since 2012, the cultural industry has been increasing the investment and construction of culture. The industrial park, the research on the planning of the cultural industrial park has become the subject of more and more experts and scholars, while in the process of the planning of the cultural industrial park, most of the time only pay attention to the development model, the operation strategy and market positioning and other market, economic research, but ignore the whole area of the landscape ecological environment. However, at the same time, how to make the construction of the ecological security pattern system and the landscape orientation of the whole region at the same time, make the planning of the cultural industrial park more ecological, sustainable, landscape and unity, this article will focus on the issue of research.
This paper takes the home culture industrial park of Zhongshan city as the research object, using the literature research method, the field investigation method, the interview research method, the multidisciplinary comprehensive research method and the planning practice method. Based on the comprehensive reference of the relevant research results at home and abroad and the case analysis, the theory and reality of the construction of Zhongshan city's cultural industrial park are made. The main contents of practice, current situation, planning strategy and concept planning are studied.
1) combining the relevant research results at home and abroad, the planning of cultural industrial park should be based on the theory of sustainable development, the theory of urban planning, the theory of landscape planning, the theory of ecological planning, the theory of ecological security pattern and the theory of landscape style, and the excellent cases at home and abroad are summed up and the main development modes of the cultural industrial park are to be extracted. Policy oriented, artist led, developer oriented, resource dependent, cost oriented and environment oriented, provide theoretical basis and technical support for the planning of home culture industrial park in Zhongshan city.
2) through the collection and field investigation of the existing resources in Zhongshan City, the present situation of natural geography, traffic conditions, construction situation, the status of land use, industrial structure and other advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The main problems facing the appearance of the present situation are how to fill the environment deficit, how to cope with the shortage of human resources and how to solve the narrow market. Decide.
3) to the home culture industrial park of Zhongshan City, the corresponding strategies are put forward in three aspects: the development model, the planning of the urban level and the planning of the park level. In the development model, the former core enterprise and the backbone enterprise mainly develop the home leading enterprise and the home Culture Expo garden, and the other small and medium enterprises develop into home. Cultural business street and historical and cultural commercial street, in the urban level, combined with the policy of supporting the home industry in Zhongshan, guide cultural enterprises, build up support system, establish a perfect protection system of intellectual property rights; in the level of the park, combine the present conditions of Dong Town, and provide a good cultural atmosphere in accordance with the advantages of natural cultural resources. Taking the lead in completing the related infrastructure and supporting services, paying attention to the packaging and publicity of the park, planning and carrying out step by step, in addition, the systematic research and analysis of the ecological security pattern system and landscape style location laid an ecological frame for the planning of the cultural industrial park, and the specific planning activities under this framework will be more important. It is ecological and sustainable.
4) under the guidance of the planning and development strategy of the home culture industrial park in Zhongshan City, the concept planning practice is carried out on the existing red wood furniture street, the ring Zhuo Chishan industrial processing belt and the ancient town of andang ancient town. The mountain industrial processing belt is planned to be a home culture expo garden which consists of five large areas. The historic district of the ancient town of an Tang ancient town is planned as the unique south of the Five Ridges cultural center.
The above results show that the home culture industrial park in Zhongshan city can adjust the development model according to its own conditions, rely on the power of the government to promote industrial reconstruction, construct the planning background framework through the ecological security pattern, and deal with the urban environmental landscape problems with the landscape style and features. It will make its economic development, industrial optimization, ecological restoration, and cultural promotion. The planning research and practice method of the home culture industrial park, which integrates the ecological security pattern and the landscape style orientation theory, is not only suitable for the planning project of the home culture industrial park in Zhongshan, but also for other construction or planning and development. The planning of the cultural industrial park provides reference.
