基于群相位关系相噪测量的信号处理技术研究

【摘要】:目前常见的相位噪声测量系统往往基于同频鉴相原理,在测量时需引入复杂的频率变换环节,不但成本高而且会引入噪声,降低测量精确度。因为系统复杂、对配套设备精度要求高,我国一直无法自己生产。本论文是在导师指导下进行的我国自主知识产权相噪测量技术方面的探索性工作。 论文在研究周期性信号的群相位变化规律的基础上,提出了基于群相位关系的相位噪声测量系统。该系统分下位机和上位机两个部分,下位机硬件对任意频率信号直接进行频率测量和相位比对,测量精度可达5×10~(-12)/s;上位机读取硬件所测数据并进行处理,,得到被测信号的相位噪声信息。 本文重点对系统中信号和数据处理进行了深入的研究,在对硬件测量方法的深入研究下提出了基于群相位关系的相位抖动提取方法及相位抖动到单边带相位噪声的转换算法,并进行了实验分析;编写了上位机程序,从串口读取的下位机测量数据中提取出相位抖动信息,经过时域到频域的转换得到被测信号的单边带相位噪声。由于此项研究总体上开展时间不长,系统暂时只完成了相位噪声测量功能的实现。目前对被测信号载频近端的相位噪声测量已经完成,远端的相位噪声测量工作还在进行中。 该信号处理方法将群相位理论的应用领域扩展到了相位噪声测量中,省去了一般相位噪声测量系统中的频率变换环节,简化了系统,节约了成本,并提高了测量分辨率,方法新颖,具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the common phase noise measurement system is based on the principle of phase discrimination of the same frequency, and it needs to introduce complex frequency transformation in the measurement, which not only costs high cost, but also induces noise and reduces the measurement accuracy. Because the system is complex and the precision of supporting equipment is high, our country has been unable to produce itself. This paper is an exploratory work on the phase noise measurement of independent intellectual property rights under the guidance of our tutor. Based on the study of group phase variation of periodic signals, a phase noise measurement system based on group phase relationship is proposed in this paper. The system is divided into two parts: the lower computer and the upper computer. The hardware of the lower computer carries out the frequency measurement and phase comparison of any frequency signal directly, the measuring precision can reach 5 脳 10 ~ (-10) ~ (-12) / s, the upper computer reads the data measured by the hardware and processes it. The phase noise information of the measured signal is obtained. In this paper, the signal and data processing in the system is deeply studied, and the phase jitter extraction method based on group phase relation and the conversion algorithm from phase jitter to single sideband phase noise are proposed under the research of hardware measurement method. The upper computer program is written to extract the phase jitter information from the measured data of the lower computer which is read from the serial port, and the single sideband phase noise of the measured signal is obtained by converting the time domain to the frequency domain. Because the research is not long, the system only realizes the phase noise measurement function. At present, the phase noise measurement at the near end of the carrier frequency of the measured signal has been completed, and the phase noise measurement of the far end is still in progress. The signal processing method extends the application field of group phase theory to the measurement of phase noise, eliminates the frequency conversion link in the general phase noise measurement system, simplifies the system, saves the cost, and improves the measurement resolution. The method is novel and of great significance.
