基于蓝牙的车轮力数据传输系统设计

【摘要】:车轮力传感器(Wheel Force Transducer)及以其为核心的数据采集系统对汽车整车性能研究有着重要的作用,此外,在汽车设计、开发以及性能评价方面都具有重要的意义。为了进一步提高车轮力传感器数据的采集精度和传输速度,参照国内外研究方向,并在东南大学研制的国内唯一具有自主知识产权的车轮力传感器的基础上,开发了基于蓝牙无线技术的数据传输系统。整个系统可分为下位机部分和上位机部分,下位机部分的设计主要包含采集模块和传输模块这两个子部分的软硬件设计,上位机部分主要是在windows的VC6.0平台下运用MFC开发一套基于CAN数据采集卡的上位机数据分析软件。论文主要研究内容包括: 1、采集模块硬件部分以C8051F021为核心芯片,并内嵌蓝牙模块和SD卡模块,软件部分的功能主要包括采集车轮力传感器输出的数据并实现本地存储或通过蓝牙实时传送,采集码盘数据,在汽车坐标系下实施初步解耦,检测电池电量并能够低电压报警。 2、传输模块硬件部分以C8051F040为核心芯片,内嵌蓝牙模块——实现与采集模块的无线通信,软件部分的功能主要是使上位机的命令能够实时到达采集模块和使采集模块的有用数据能准确无误的送达上位机,由于其对采集模块采用蓝牙无线方式,但对上位机采用CAN bus有线方式,故在沟通上位机与采集模块中起着非常关键的作用。 3、上位机数据分析软件是该系统面向用户的窗口,,需要具有人性化的操作界面,使用MFC工具开发windows系统下通用的窗体软件且使用简单方便。其软件功能主要包括对用户的管理、对数据进行接收、分析、显示和存储。
[Abstract]:Wheel Force Transducer (Wheel Force Transducer) and its data acquisition system play an important role in the research of vehicle performance. In addition, it is of great significance in vehicle design, development and performance evaluation. In order to further improve the data acquisition accuracy and transmission speed of wheel force sensor, referring to the research direction at home and abroad, and on the basis of the only wheel force sensor with independent intellectual property rights developed by Southeast University in China, A data transmission system based on Bluetooth wireless technology is developed. The whole system can be divided into the lower computer part and the upper computer part. The design of the lower computer part mainly includes the hardware and software design of the acquisition module and the transmission module. The main part of the upper computer is to develop a set of PC data analysis software based on CAN data acquisition card by using MFC under the VC6.0 platform of windows. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. The hardware part of the acquisition module takes C8051F021 as the core chip, and embedded Bluetooth module and SD card module. The functions of the software mainly include collecting the output data of the wheel force sensor and realizing the local storage or real-time transmission through Bluetooth. The data of code disk are collected, the primary decoupling is carried out in the automobile coordinate system, the battery quantity is detected and low voltage alarm is given. 2. In the hardware part of the transmission module, the core chip is C8051F040, and the Bluetooth module is embedded to realize the wireless communication with the acquisition module. The main function of the software part is to make the command of the upper computer reach the acquisition module in real time and the useful data of the acquisition module can reach the upper computer accurately, because of its Bluetooth wireless mode for the acquisition module, However, CAN bus is used in PC, so it plays a very important role in communication between PC and acquisition module. 3. The upper computer data analysis software is a user oriented window of the system. It needs a humanized operation interface. It uses MFC tools to develop the general form software under the windows system, and it is simple and convenient to use. Its software functions include user management, data reception, analysis, display and storage.
