价值网络的结构特征对开放式创新绩效的作用影响研究

【摘要】：开放式创新是指企业开发外部的创意、技术和知识等创新资源，或者利用内部创新资源实现价值最大化的创新范式。价值网络是以客户价值作为战略出发点，由核心企业与与客户、供应商、竞争者等主体协调合作形成的价值创造、分配和转移的竞合关系及其网络结构。基于价值网络的开放式创新是指核心企业建立与客户、供应商、竞争者或互补者等利益相关者的开放性网络系统，运用知识活动流程及动态能力来管理技术、知识和创意等创新资源向内或向外的有效流动，以提升产品或服务的创新水平、创造顾客价值及持续竞争优势的创新范式。随着研发风险增大、产品生命周期缩短、全球化以及知识产权保护、风险投资等市场制度因素的推动，越来越多的企业把创新建立在诸如价值网络的网络组织形式上，也引发学术界研究开放式创新的动因、特征、运行机制和绩效等方面的兴趣，其中关于开放式创新绩效的影响因素是该领域最多且最重要的研究议题。本文基于价值网络这一特定网络形式的新视角，梳理和识别开放式创新的影响因素及其作用机理，从价值网络的“点—边—网”三个层面，分别探讨企业节点特征、联盟联结特征和网络结构特征对开放式创新绩效的影响。首先，本文在国内外文献研究的基础上，对开放式创新理论、价值网络理论及其两者的关系进行回顾。主要从资源、关系和网络维度对开放式创新的运作结构与创新绩效的关系进行分析，，为本文后续的理论研究提供了借鉴。其次，本文在理论分析的基础上，构建了价值网络结构与开放式创新绩效关系的理论框架，分别提出了价值网络的企业层面、联盟层面和网络层面的结构特征与开放式创新绩效呈倒U型曲线关系的研究命题。再次，本文对价值网络结构特征与开放式创新绩效的关系进行了实证研究，就检验结果进行了讨论并提出管理启示。研究认为，在企业层面，企业的资源禀赋度对开放式创新绩效的影响存在最优水平，过度的资源禀赋弊大于利；企业的位势优越性与开放式创新效益之间存在倒U型关系。在联盟层面，联结广度和联结强度对于开放式创新的影响也存在两面性。在网络层面，网络密集性制约着价值网络的创新潜力，但过高的或过低的网络密集程度都不利于价值网络的开放式创新；但较高的网络稳定性有利于企业对创新资源的持续获取，降低了合作风险，有助于企业创新绩效的提升。
[Abstract]:Open innovation refers to the innovation paradigm in which an enterprise exploits innovative resources such as external creativity, technology and knowledge, or makes use of internal innovative resources to maximize its value. Value network is a competing relationship and network structure of value creation, distribution and transfer, which is based on customer value as a strategic starting point, and is formed by cooperation between core enterprises and clients, suppliers, competitors and so on. Open innovation based on value network refers to the core enterprise to establish an open network system with customers, suppliers, competitors or complementary stakeholders, using knowledge activity processes and dynamic capabilities to manage technology. The effective flow of innovation resources, such as knowledge and creativity, to enhance the innovation level of products or services, create customer value and sustainable competitive advantage. With the increase of R & D risk, the shortening of product life cycle, globalization and the promotion of market institutions such as intellectual property protection and venture capital, more and more enterprises base their innovation on the network organization form such as value network. It also arouses interest in the motivation, characteristics, operational mechanism and performance of open innovation, among which the most important and most important research topic is the influencing factors of open innovation performance. Based on the new angle of view of value network as a specific network form, this paper combs and identifies the influencing factors and its mechanism of open innovation, and discusses the characteristics of enterprise nodes from the three aspects of "point-side-net" of value network. The influence of alliance connection and network structure on open innovation performance. First of all, this paper reviews the open innovation theory, value network theory and their relationship on the basis of domestic and foreign literature research. This paper mainly analyzes the relationship between the operational structure of open innovation and innovation performance from the aspects of resources, relationships and networks, which provides a reference for the theoretical research in this paper. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper constructs the theoretical framework of the relationship between value network structure and open innovation performance, and puts forward the enterprise level of value network respectively. The relationship between the structural characteristics of alliance and network and open innovation performance is inversely U-shaped. Thirdly, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the characteristics of value network structure and open innovation performance, discusses the test results and puts forward management enlightenment. At the enterprise level, the influence of enterprise resource endowment on open innovation performance is optimal, excessive resource endowment is more harmful than good, and the relationship between potential superiority and open innovation benefit is inversely U-shaped. At the level of alliance, the influence of breadth and intensity of connection on open innovation also has two sides. At the network level, network denseness restricts the innovation potential of value network, but too high or too low is not conducive to open innovation of value network. However, higher network stability is conducive to the sustainable acquisition of innovative resources, reduce the risk of cooperation, and contribute to the improvement of enterprise innovation performance.
