我国生物育种知识产权价值链创新与管理策略研究

【摘要】:随着传统育种问题凸显,生物育种技术兴起。我国在生物育种方面拥有众多技术专利,但缺乏构建生物育种知识产权价值链的意识,生物育种知识产权价值链链条较短、主体合作不深。在此背景下,研究生物育种知识产权价值链创新和管理策略,有利于增强种业竞争力和强化种业科技支撑。本文从知识产权理论、价值链理论出发,进行生物育种知识产权价值链创新,以SNA方法分析当前生物育种技术专利的引用情况,在剖析价值链链接机制和链接模式基础上,运用结构方程模型量化分析生物育种知识产权价值链影响因素,并提出价值链管理的优化策略。具体研究内容及结论如下:(1)生物育种知识产权价值链概念。本文通过界定生物育种知识产权价值链内涵与外延,分析价值运动流程,进行生物育种知识产权价值链创新。(2)生物育种知识产权价值链模式。本文结合实际,对生物育种知识产权价值链可能形成的具体模式进行分析。(3)生物育种知识产权价值链影响因素。运用结构方程模型对种业生物育种知识产权价值链模式选择的影响因素进行量化分析。(4)生物育种知识产权价值链案例分析。通过对国内外生物育种创新活动的案例分析,积累我国种企在生物育种知识产权价值链管理方面的经验。(5)生物育种知识产权价值链管理优化策略。本文主要从价值链运营主体、价值链交易体系和价值链环境角度提出生物育种知识产权价值链管理策略。通过研究,本论文总结出生物育种知识产权价值链上的品种技术研发环、知识产权孵化环和知识产权开发环,同时依据上述“三环”的链接强度,将其具体分为一体型、协同型和市场型三种价值链模式。并由量化分析得出产品属性和交易体系满意度对生物育种知识产权价值链的影响最为显著。
[Abstract]:Along with the traditional breeding problem prominent, the biological breeding technology rises. Our country has many technical patents in biological breeding, but it lacks the consciousness of constructing intellectual property value chain of biological breeding, the chain of intellectual property value chain of biological breeding is short, and the cooperation of main body is not deep. Under this background, the research on the innovation and management strategy of intellectual property value chain of biological breeding is helpful to enhance the competitive power of seed industry and strengthen the support of science and technology in seed industry. Based on the theory of intellectual property and the theory of value chain, the innovation of intellectual property value chain of biological breeding is carried out in this paper. The current situation of patent application of biological breeding technology is analyzed by SNA method, and on the basis of analyzing the link mechanism and mode of value chain, The structural equation model is used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of intellectual property value chain in biological breeding, and the optimization strategy of value chain management is put forward. The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows: 1) the concept of intellectual property value chain in biological breeding. This paper defines the connotation and extension of intellectual property value chain of biological breeding, analyzes the value movement process, and carries out the innovation of intellectual property value chain of biological breeding. 2) the intellectual property value chain mode of biological breeding. Based on the practice, this paper analyzes the possible models of intellectual property value chain in biological breeding. 3) the influencing factors of intellectual property value chain in biological breeding. By using the structural equation model, the factors influencing the selection of intellectual property rights value chain model of seed breeding were quantitatively analyzed. 4) the case study of intellectual property value chain in biological breeding. Through the case analysis of domestic and foreign innovation activities of biological breeding, the author accumulates the experience of Chinese seed enterprises in the management of intellectual property value chain of biological breeding. 5) the optimization strategy of intellectual property value chain management of biological breeding. In this paper, the value chain management strategy of biological breeding intellectual property is put forward from the perspective of value chain operator, value chain trading system and value chain environment. Through the research, this paper summarizes the variety technology research and development ring, intellectual property incubation ring and intellectual property development ring on the intellectual property value chain of biological breeding. At the same time, according to the link strength of the above "three rings", it is divided into one type. Three value chain models are synergy and market. The quantitative analysis shows that product attributes and trading system satisfaction have the most significant impact on the value chain of biological breeding intellectual property.
