自升式钻井平台锁紧装置的设计与分析

【摘要】:能源一直是人类社会发展的动力,从早期的煤炭到后来的石油,正是这些能源的不断发展,才给人类社会的进步注入了活力。石油,经过加工炼化,可以生产出汽油、柴油、航空煤油和其他化工产品,为汽车、飞机、各类武器装备等提供动力。因此,世界各国都在加大石油的开采力度,由于陆地上的石油储量已经逐渐减少,近年来,石油开采逐步向海洋发展。而在开发广阔的大海中的石油时,传统的陆地钻机已经不能适应这样的作业环境,因此,一种新型的石油开采设备应运而生,它就是——自升式钻井平台。尤其是近些年,国内很多大型企业纷纷投资海工装备制造,上海振华集团、三一重工集团、太原重工集团等纷纷建立了自己的海工基地。然而,由于受早年发展技术的限制,平台的关键部件主要依靠进口。锁紧装置是钻井平台的重要部件,也是保证平台安全性、可靠性的关键。目前国内海工企业的锁紧装置一般依靠进口,国内只有佛山精铟具备生产能力。因此,研发一种属于拥有自主知识产权的锁紧装置,降低对外国的依赖,就是一个重要的研究课题。本文依托于渤海装备辽河重工有限公司300英尺自升式钻井平台,以其大量的建造数据为基础,设计研发一种锁紧装置,以取代进口。首先,介绍自升式钻井平台的工作原理以及主要构成。因为升降装置与锁紧装置的关联性较强,因此,对钻井平台的升降装置进行简要介绍。接下来,从整个锁紧装置的机械、电气、液压三个构成部分来进行完整的分析。研究锁紧装置的工作原理,分析平台载荷动态转移的过程,设计螺杆传动装置的形式。着重对锁紧装置的齿条板进行载荷计算和受力分析,找出影响齿条板受力不均的因素,并进行改进。然后,对锁紧装置的主要承力部件固桩架进行有限元分析,验证所选材料符合要求。最后,对锁紧装置试验台进行强度分析,得到选用材料符合设计。本课题完成了对锁紧装置的设计与分析,实现了锁紧装置的自主研发。
[Abstract]:Energy has always been the driving force of the development of human society, from the early coal to the later oil, it is the continuous development of these sources of energy that has injected vitality into the progress of human society. Petroleum, after processing and refining, can produce gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene and other chemical products, to provide power for cars, aircraft, all kinds of weapons and equipment. Therefore, all countries in the world are increasing the intensity of oil exploitation, because the oil reserves on land have been gradually reduced, in recent years, oil exploitation has gradually developed to the sea. In the development of oil in the vast sea, the traditional land drilling rig has been unable to adapt to such a working environment, so a new type of oil production equipment came into being, it is the-jack-up drilling platform. Especially in recent years, many large domestic enterprises have invested in marine equipment manufacturing, Shanghai Zhenhua Group, Sany heavy Industry Group, Taiyuan heavy Industry Group and so on have established their own marine engineering base. However, due to the early development of technology constraints, the platform's key components mainly rely on imports. Locking device is an important part of drilling platform, and also the key to ensure platform safety and reliability. At present, domestic marine enterprises generally rely on the import of locking devices, only Foshan indium has production capacity. Therefore, it is an important research topic to develop a locking device with independent intellectual property rights to reduce dependence on foreign countries. Based on the 300-foot jack-up drilling platform of Bohai Sea equipment Liaohe heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a locking device is designed and developed based on its large amount of construction data to replace imports. Firstly, the working principle and main components of the jack-up drilling platform are introduced. Because the relation between lifting device and locking device is strong, the lifting device of drilling platform is introduced briefly. Next, complete analysis is made from the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components of the whole locking device. This paper studies the working principle of the locking device, analyzes the dynamic transfer process of the platform load, and designs the form of the screw drive device. The load calculation and stress analysis of the rack plate of the locking device are emphasized to find out the factors that affect the uneven force of the rack plate and to improve it. Then, the finite element analysis of the main bearing parts of the locking device is carried out to verify that the selected materials meet the requirements. Finally, the strength of the locking device test bench is analyzed, and the selected material is in accordance with the design. In this paper, the design and analysis of locking device are completed, and the independent research and development of locking device is realized.
