水性油墨用室温自交联核壳苯丙乳液的合成与应用

【摘要】:室温自交联的核壳乳胶粒子的结构设计和合成是近年来乳液聚合的主要研究方向之一。随着人们的环保意识不断增强,水性油墨,这一不同于传统溶剂型油墨的新型油墨品种越来越受到人们的重视。在食品包装领域,特别是塑料薄膜基材的包装领域,水性油墨的应用已经成为大势所趋。但是,我国塑料薄膜印刷用水性油墨发展起步晚,基础差,目前市场上主要产品以及相关核心技术基本依赖国外进口。针对目前国内水性油墨的发展现状,本课题旨在研发能满足市场需求,可以替代进口乳液的高性能水性油墨,形成具有自主知识产权的水性油墨技术,填补目前国内水性油墨领域的技术空白。 本论文首先设计并合成了室温自交联核壳结构的苯丙乳液,并使用原子力显微镜(AFM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅立叶红外测试仪(FTIR)等仪器对乳胶粒子进行了表征。系统地研究了双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)/己二酰肼(ADH)交联体系的核壳乳液的性能及其影响因素;研究了乳化剂类型和用量,共聚单体的类型和用量对乳液性能的影响,以及“软核硬壳”结构乳胶粒子的核壳比对其胶膜性能的影响,最终通过系统地优化乳液聚合的配方与工艺,制备出具有优良成膜性能和应用性能的丙烯酸树脂乳液。然后以该乳液作为连接料,研究适用于BOPP、PE、PA、PET等柔性塑料薄膜基材凹版印刷用的水性油墨配方工艺。通过配方工艺研究和优化,制备得到的水性油墨在多种塑料薄膜基材(BOPP膜、PE膜、PET膜、PA膜)上均具有出色的附着力、耐水性、干燥速度、复溶性等性能。完全满足相关企业的实际使用要求。
[Abstract]:The structural design and synthesis of the room temperature self - crosslinking core - shell latex particles is one of the main research directions of emulsion polymerization in recent years . As people ' s environmental protection consciousness is constantly increasing , the application of water - based ink is becoming more and more important in the field of food packaging , especially in the packaging of plastic film substrates .

In this paper , we designed and synthesized styrene - acrylic emulsion with room temperature self - crosslinking core - shell structure , and characterized the latex particles by means of atomic force microscopy ( AFM ) , differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) , transmission electron microscope ( TEM ) and Fourier infrared detector ( FTIR ) . The properties and influencing factors of the core - shell emulsion of diacetone acrylamide ( DAAM ) / adipic dihydrazide ( ADH ) crosslinking system were studied systematically .
The paper studied the influence of the type and dosage of emulsifier , the type and dosage of comonomer on the properties of emulsion and the influence of core - shell ratio of " soft - core hard shell " structure latex particles on the properties of the film . Finally , by systematically optimizing the formulation and process of emulsion polymerization , the water - based ink formulation with excellent film - forming performance and application performance was prepared .
