地质岩心钻探辅助设计系统研究与开发

【摘要】:近年来,随着计算机技术的飞速发展,各行各业都出现了越来越多的专业应用软件。但是,地质岩心钻探辅助设计方面的软件研发却进展缓慢。目前我国地质岩心钻探工程的设计还只停留在手工设计、手工绘图的阶段,设计效率低下,信息化水平不够。随着岩心钻探难度的加大以及国家对资源勘探工作投入的增加,开发出一套完整的地质岩心钻探设计软件十分有必要。 本文以《科学钻探设计软件及超深井钻探技术方案预研究》项目为依托,系统总结分析了地质岩心钻探设计流程,运用计算机网络编程技术,开发了一套具有独立自主知识产权的地质岩心钻探辅助设计系统,主要开展了以下研究工作: 1、通过调研国内外大量文献资料,系统总结分析了地质岩心钻探设计的详细流程,为地质岩心钻探辅助设计提供了可靠的设计依据。 2、根据《地质岩心钻探规程》及其他规范等资料,建立了开展地质钻探工程设计所需资料库,包括地层信息库、钻进方法库、工艺参数库、工程案例库等数据库,并编程设计了接口界面供用户管理维护和查询这些数据库信息。 3、根据地质岩心钻探的设计流程,基于ZK+Hibernate框架,采用MVVM+MVC模式开发出了基于网络浏览器的地质岩心钻探辅助设计人机界面,,以辅助用户开展绘制地质柱状图、钻孔结构图、选用钻进方法、施工机具和施工工艺参数等设计工作。 4、采用Html5技术开发出了基于网络浏览器的地质岩心钻探辅助绘图系统,以根据用户的地质岩心钻探设计信息动态绘制出地质柱状图、钻孔结构图和施工进度图,并实现图形的保存与输出。 5、采用FineReport报表技术开发出了基于网络浏览器的地质岩心钻探设计报告自动生成系统,以形成系统、规范的地质岩心钻探设计报告,并实现设计报告的保存(PDF、Word等格式)和打印输出。
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the rapid development of computer technology , there are more and more professional application software in all walks of life . However , the design of geological core drilling engineering is slow . At present , the design of geological core drilling engineering is still only in hand design , the stage of manual drawing , the low design efficiency and the insufficient information level . With the increase of the difficulty of core drilling and the increase of the country ' s investment in resource exploration , it is necessary to develop a complete set of geological core drilling design software .
Based on the pre - study project of scientific drilling design software and ultra - deep well drilling technology , this paper analyzes the design flow of geological core drilling , uses computer network programming technology , develops a set of geological core drilling auxiliary design system with independent intellectual property rights , mainly carries out the following research work :
1 . Through the investigation and research at home and abroad , the detailed flow of geological core drilling design is summarized and analyzed , and the reliable design basis for geological core drilling auxiliary design is provided .
2 . Based on the data of geological core drilling procedure and other specifications , a database for geological drilling engineering design is established , including formation information base , drilling method library , process parameter library , engineering case database and other databases , and the interface interface is programmed for user management to maintain and query these database information .
3 . Based on the design flow of geological core drilling , a human - machine interface based on the network browser is developed using MVVM + MVC pattern , which is based on the framework of geological core drilling , which is based on the framework of MVVM + MVC to assist the user in drawing geologic column chart , drilling structure chart , selecting drilling method , construction machine tool and construction process parameters .
4 . Using Html5 technology , a geological core drilling auxiliary drawing system based on web browser is developed to dynamically draw geologic column chart , borehole structure chart and construction progress chart according to the geological core drilling design information of the user , and realize the saving and output of the drawing .
5 . The automatic generation system of geological core drilling design based on web browser is developed with FineReport technology , so as to form the system and specification geological core drilling design report , and realize the preservation of design report ( PDF , Word , etc . ) and printout .
