工业铺布机控制系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:中国服装产业的迅猛发展,扩大了对工业铺布机的需求,也带来了拉布设备升级的发展要求。随着纺织业的发展、自动控制技术的提高,服装产业对自动化设备的需求也越来越高,这对铺布设备的自动化控制水平提出了更高的要求。由于国内大部分铺布设备不具有自主知识产权,我国铺布机制造行业长期处于被动局面,因此研究并开发具有自主知识产权的铺布机系统对我国服装制造行业甚至自动控制领域都具有非常重要的意义。 工业自动化领域,可编程控制器(PLC)、CAD/CAM、机器人已成为自动控制的三大技术支柱。PLC是用于工业现场的电控制器,采用可以编制程序的存储器,用来在执行逻辑运算、顺序运算、定时计时和算术运算等指令,并能通过数字式或模拟式的输入和输出,控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。目前伺服电机控制系统的应用已相当广泛,PLC与高性能伺服系统的综合应用能够实现精确的定位控制。 本文首先介绍了工业铺布机的结构与工艺控制流程,然后确定了系统的总体控制方案,主运动控制平台采用PLC与高性能伺服系统组成的运动控制系统,配合普通I/O控制完成对电机的驱动。主行程的控制既满足位置控制精度的要求,又对速度曲线作了规划,保证了整个系统的平稳运行。完成了触摸屏的组态,并实现与下位机的通信,设计的人机界面友好,,直观形象,操作简便。经过测试,所设计工业铺布机的控制系统达到了预期的效果,铺料位置误差控制在3mm之内,铺布机的功能较为完善。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's garment industry has expanded the demand for industrial cloth laying machines and brought about the development requirements of cloth drawing equipment upgrading. With the development of textile industry and the improvement of automatic control technology, the demand for automatic equipment in garment industry is higher and higher, which puts forward higher requirements to the automation control level of cloth laying equipment. As most of the domestic cloth laying equipment does not have independent intellectual property rights, our cloth laying machine manufacturing industry has been in a passive situation for a long time. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and develop the cloth laying machine system with independent intellectual property rights for the garment industry and even the automatic control field of our country. In the field of industrial automation, programmable logic controller (PLC) has become the three technical pillars of automatic control. PLC is an electric controller used in industrial field. It uses programmable memory to perform logical operations and sequential operations. Timing and arithmetic instructions, and the ability to control all types of mechanical or production processes through digital or analog inputs and outputs. At present, the application of servo motor control system has been widely used. The integrated application of PLC and high performance servo system can realize accurate positioning control. This paper first introduces the structure and process control flow of industrial laying machine, and then determines the overall control scheme of the system. The main motion control platform is composed of PLC and high performance servo system. Complete the motor drive with ordinary I / O control. The control of the main stroke not only meets the requirement of position control precision, but also makes the speed curve programming to ensure the smooth operation of the whole system. The configuration of touch screen is completed, and the communication with lower computer is realized. The designed interface is friendly, intuitionistic and easy to operate. After testing, the control system of the industrial laying machine has achieved the expected effect, the position error of the laying material is controlled within 3mm, and the function of the laying machine is relatively perfect.
