知识产权法术语layout-design翻译对比研究

【摘要】：本研究以国际协议的中文译本与法律条文为基础,旨在比较知识产权法术语layout-design在大陆、台湾及香港的译名,进而探寻其各自的性质及翻译策略。其中采用苏珊·沙尔切维奇判定功能对等的三个标准,即功能/结构、适用范围及法律效力,评估该术语三地的翻译与国际条约源语的对等情况。此外,亦考察三地译名借用现有法律词汇之情况及交际功能。
[Abstract]:Based on the Chinese versions and legal texts of international agreements, this study aims to compare the translation of the intellectual property law term layout-design in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and to explore their respective properties and translation strategies. Three criteria of functional equivalence, namely function / structure, scope of application and legal effect, are adopted to evaluate the equivalence between the translation of the term and the source language of international treaties. In addition, the translation of the names of the three places to borrow the existing legal vocabulary and communicative functions.
